Leadership Team

Brad Bosak

I've spent the last 18 years of my career building solutions with Microsoft technologies, focusing primarily on CRM (starting with Microsoft CRM v1) and Business Applications. Over the years, I've worked with some awesome mentors and have had the opportunity to lead and grow some of the industry's most talented development teams. I've also been fortunate enough to cross ‘published author’ off my bucket list when I co-authored the 'Programming, Microsoft Dynamics CRM' book for the Microsoft Press. I have a degree in Computer Graphic Technology from Purdue University and currently live in Chicago with my wife and daughter. In my free time, I enjoy playing guitar and practicing martial arts.

Brendan Landers

I've spent my entire life in the Southwest Chicago suburbs, currently residing in Palos Heights with my wife and 3 daughters. I've spent over 20 years in technology roles starting out in QA followed by BI and, for the last 14 years, I've been leading CRM programs and teams. I've also co-authored multiple Microsoft Press books on Dynamics CRM. Prior to Root16, I spent 2 years leading a growing Salesforce Practice at EY and 12 years at Sonoma Partners helping lead the delivery team along with some amazing people. I have an MIS degree from the University of Iowa (Go Hawks!). In my free time, I enjoy cooking for friends and family, laughing a lot, doing "outdoor stuff", and occasionally having a clean garage.

Corey O'Brien

In the twenty-plus years since graduating from Hope College, I have spent my career designing and implementing software solutions on the Microsoft stack. Along the way, I've had the opportunity to build development teams and mentor a lot of great people. I've also had several other unique opportunities over the years, such as co-authoring Programming Microsoft Dynamics CRM and being awarded software patents in both the Education and Industrial Automation industries. I currently live in the Chicago suburbs with my wife and two kids. Whenever I have some free time, I'm usually trying to wrangle someone into playing one of my many (many) board games.

Jeff Meister

I live in the greater Detroit area with my wife and two kids. I've spent the last 18 years working in technology with a focus on consulting, specifically CRM implementations. I've helped a large number of companies solve critical technology issues through process improvement, platform selection, requirements definition, and product implementations. I've led dozens of large scale CRM transformation programs across professional services, media and entertainment, health and life sciences, and ISV enablement. I earned a degree in Communications from Ohio University, and enjoy golf, time with my family, and wine (usually in that order on a nice summer day).
