We’ve had some customers inquire today about Copilot no longer being enabled in the Dynamics Sales and Customer Service Apps. If you are experiencing this, the fix we found is to update the settings in the Power Platform Admin section by doing the following:
- go to admin.powerplatform.com
- go to environments –> <pick your environment> –> Settings –> Features
- change the value for “Allow users to analyze data using an AI-powered chat experience in canvas and model driven apps” from ‘Default’ to ‘On’.
- say hello to your old friend copilot
