I had the opportunity to lead and coach a team focused on recruiting D365 professionals to scale a Microsoft practice with an aggressive growth goal. I met with leadership weekly to discuss strategy, provide data, and discuss market pressures. The team’s performance was outstanding and met the KPIs, much to the delight of the leadership team!
Microsoft is always thinking of the “next thing” to drive digital transformation making business processes and enterprise applications more efficient, more integrated and more connected than ever before to solve real world challenges facing global economies today. The possibilities are endless!
First, the strong relationships we build being a smaller company and not sacrificing fun at work! Second, the focus on our employees and making sure they are well taken care of and have the flexibility required to enjoy their hobbies, families and other commitments that don’t always happen outside of work hours. As a mom of 3, I’m especially thankful I don’t have to miss out on important memory-making opportunities at school.
We live in Chicago but were interviewed on the New York news twice while my son was going through cancer treatment. The first time was in 2019 while staying at Ronald McDonald house and helping Macys volunteers decorate for Christmas. The second time was in 2020 to discuss how stressful it was to be separated for 2 months while going through treatment during a global pandemic. I was home with twin toddlers while my husband took my son to NY.
A family vacation to the beach, my kids have never seen the ocean and look forward to collecting sea shells.
