I can’t pick just one; I know, it’s cliché.  The projects I’m most proud of are ones where we get to make a personal connection with people at the organizations we work with.  We then get to see and hear how the work we do, and solutions we come up with impact their daily lives for the better.  That level of satisfaction in a job well done is what makes the hard work worthwhile.

I love working with clients in an industry that I’m unfamiliar with.  It makes learning a new business and industry feel like going to work every day is a field trip.  I’m fascinated by learning how things work or are made, and businesses are no different.

The people and the autonomy.  I love working with other people that are passionate about what they do and want to contribute to the success of the team and company.  Having the freedom to change a process because it fits the need rather than “because that’s how we’ve always done it” is incredibly refreshing.

My wife and I spent two weeks in London and Ireland about 10 years ago. While in Ireland, we went to the Cliffs of Moher.  It was spectacular and made you feel pretty small.

Easily the flux capacitor. How else would you harness 1.21 gigawatts of power that makes time travel possible? Dr. Emmett Brown is a legend.

I don’t think that I’m the kind of person that can go without working. Even hobbies eventually lead to work most of the time.  I’d probably spend most of my time coaching baseball/softball for my kids.  Mountain biking and golfing would be close behind.
