When choosing a Microsoft Partner, there are a lot of options available. But, not all are created equal. A good way to know the competency of an agency is their Microsoft Partner status. There are three Partner levels: Member, Silver, and Gold. Any agency can register to become a Member, but obtaining Silver or Gold Partner status level requires additional tests and qualifications.
Microsoft Gold Certified Partners are Microsoft’s most highly accredited providers and only 1% of Microsoft Partners are Gold Certified. This is one of the many reasons why we are proud of this certification and accomplishing this goal in less than 2-years. It speaks to our decades of experience, quality of work, and overall customer satisfaction.
What does it take to become Gold?
As a Gold Microsoft Partner, Root16 is required to:
- Show continuous growth and platform adoption across our customer base.
- Have high satisfaction across customer service ratings.
- Exceed customer sales and adoption requirements to prove leadership in the market.
- Stay up to date with new solutions and Microsoft technology.
What are the benefits to working with a Gold Certified Partner?
Gold Partners are held to very high standards by Microsoft themselves, in order to maintain certification. Tests and reviews are done on an annual basis. It’s no small undertaking to become Gold Certified, and you can be sure that only those who are dedicated obtain it. As a Gold Certified Partner, we also have access to a variety of Microsoft products and tools relevant to D365 Business Applications and the Power Platform.
